Privacy Policy

LiveGrid Music Corp, LLC (“LiveGrid,” “we,” “us”) operates the LiveGrid platform — web app, mobile app, and APIs — that connects venues, artists, and fans for live entertainment. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and your rights.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to anyone who creates an account, books a show, lists a venue, performs as an artist, or browses LiveGrid as a fan. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; users under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian agree to these terms on their behalf.
2. Information we collect
You give us
- Account information: name, email, phone number, password (stored hashed), date of birth, role (artist, venue, patron).
- Profile information: bio, photos, audio samples, set lists, venue capacity, amenities, pricing.
- Payment information: tokenized card data and bank account details are handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers. We retain a Stripe customer ID and the last four digits for receipts.
- Booking and communication content: messages between venues and artists, contracts, riders, files you upload.
We collect automatically
- Location data: approximate location (IP-based), and, when you opt in, precise GPS location used only to power proximity features and venue check-ins. Precise location is never shown to other users; we only display approximate distance and venue presence.
- Device and log data: device type, OS, app version, IP address, crash reports, page views.
- Analytics: aggregated, pseudonymized usage metrics.
From third parties (with your permission)
- Music platforms: Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud — top tracks, genres, follower count, public listening history. Used to enrich artist profiles and the discovery algorithm.
- Professional networks: LinkedIn — employer, role, mutual connections. Used by the 2 Degrees graph.
- Contacts (mobile only, opt-in): phone-number hashes used to find friends already on LiveGrid. The raw contact list never leaves your device; we only receive one-way hashes.
3. How we use your information
- To match artists with venue jobs and venues with artists who fit their bill.
- To power the 2 Degrees algorithm, which surfaces friends-of-friends nearby.
- To process payments, payouts, refunds, and tax reporting through Stripe Connect.
- To send transactional email and push notifications (booking updates, payments, account security).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and platform manipulation.
- To improve the service through aggregated analytics and product research. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers we share with
We share the minimum data needed for the service provider to do its job. Each is contractually bound to LiveGrid’s data-protection terms.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, payouts via Stripe Connect, KYC verification.
- Spotify AB, Apple Inc., SoundCloud Ltd., LinkedIn Corp. — only scopes you authorize during connect.
- Expo (Universal App Services Inc.) — mobile push notification delivery (APNs / FCM bridge).
- Cloudflare R2 — storage of uploaded photos, audio, and contract PDFs.
- Sentry / Functional Software, Inc. — error and crash reporting.
- Resend / SendGrid — transactional email delivery.
- Twilio — SMS verification codes (only if you choose phone-based sign-in).
We may disclose information when required by law, valid subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of LiveGrid, our users, or the public.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your data. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights, California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights, and we honor analogous rights wherever you are. To exercise any of these:

- We will not retaliate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
6. Data retention
- Active accounts: retained while your account is open.
- Closed accounts: profile deleted within 30 days; transactional records (bookings, payments) retained for 7 years for tax and dispute reasons.
- Backups: encrypted and rotated within 90 days. Deletion requests are honored in backups on the next rotation cycle.
- Logs and analytics: rolled up to anonymous aggregates within 90 days.
7. Security
We use TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access controls, secrets management via vault (no secrets in source code), and bcrypt/argon2 for password hashing. We run automated vulnerability scans and an annual third-party penetration test. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect your account has been compromised, email privacy@livegrid.alldayautomations.ai immediately.
8. Children’s privacy
LiveGrid is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it. Parents who believe their child has provided us with information may contact privacy@livegrid.alldayautomations.ai.
9. International transfers
LiveGrid is operated from the United States. By using the service from outside the U.S., you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the U.S. and any other country where our service providers operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
10. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy materially, we will notify you by email and post the new version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the revised policy.
